Shruti conducts workshops, talks, and seminars on holistic living, reversing chronic lifestyle diseases through a plant-based lifestyle.
She continues to learn and grow her knowledge through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (USA) and Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda and Naturopathy courses from Kaivalyadhama in Lonavala.
She founded Awaana Health, a holistic and functional wellness company aimed at reversing lifestyle-based illnesses through an integrative approach.
Sana Agarwal
Sana Agarwal is the founder of Purple Cabbage, a lifestyle coaching company that transforms health through nutrition. She’s also a Biotech Engineer from PESIT, Bangalore. Sana has completed a comprehensive online nutrition course at the American Fitness Professionals & Associates (AFPA) based in the United States and holds over 7 years of experience in reversing chronic lifestyle diseases using plant-based foods.
